The Story Behind GoodHub Coworking Space in Adelaide

When Michael Pipinias purchased the property in 2015, it was in a run-down and dilapidated condition. Recognising its potential, he embarked on an extensive restoration and renovation that transformed the building into one of Adelaide's most distinctive coworking destinations.

As Director of Thus, Michael drew on more than 25 years of experience delivering custom building projects to oversee the transformation. The result is a coworking space in Adelaide that combines exceptional craftsmanship, premium finishes and thoughtful design, while retaining the building's original character.

Designed in collaboration with Black Rabbit Architecture & Interiors, GoodHub now offers architecturally crafted workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, a workshop and event space, Secret Garden, and an on-site specialty coffee shop and cafe — all designed to create an exceptional environment for modern professionals and growing businesses.
