Catherine is a Clinical Psychologist, fully registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) with a masters degree in Clinical Psychology and endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist.

She has worked therapeutically in private, university, community and government settings, providing her with diverse knowledge and skillsets to treat a variety of individual needs across the lifespan and cross-culturally. She believes that the relationship between a psychologist and client is central to therapy. Catherine is collaborative, non-judgemental and compassionate with experience in considering client preferences when selecting and utilising treatment approaches.

Catherine is trained and experience in delivering a variety of therapeutic approaches including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Integrated CBT, Trauma-Informed CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Schema Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Motivational Interviewing, and Integrated Family Intervention for Child Conduct Problems.
