Cristhian is the owner of the beloved plant-based eatery turned speciality coffee shop. Once a staple of the vegan community, Mettā Sol has made coffee the star of the menu, with food as the satiating side.
Of South American descent, Cristhian has kept the café’s name to honour its Spanish origins, but expanded the menu to make it the community coffee shop – with small bites and big dishes for all tastes and preferences.
Proudly plant-led but featuring meat and dairy items, Mettā Sol’s elegantmenu uses South Australian ingredients to transport guests to South America.
Prior to Mettā Sol, Cristhian worked in a range of hospitality settings – all with coffee at the core, and has now put his international business management degree to good use.
