Daniela Hoskin

Daniela is a registered Clinical Psychologist from Germany who completed her studies in Germany, the Netherlands, and Australia. Daniela offers therapy to individuals aged 13 and older as well as couples.

Daniela's approach is warm, curious, and direct. She believes that challenges can lead to growth and focuses on understanding past experiences, including intergenerational patterns, to make sense of current thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

Her primary therapeutic method is Schema Therapy, which she integrates with other modalities such as Transformational Chairwork, Attachment Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Daniela customises her methods to suit each client's unique history, beliefs, and neurotype.

Daniela aims to provide a safe space for clients to develop self-awareness, overcome unhelpful patterns, heal from trauma, and cultivate healthier relationships.
