Exit Procedure

Before leaving, please:

• Sign out on the board.

• Ensure your room is secured and locked with all external facing window shutters, blinds and curtains closed.

• Workshop, Consult Rooms 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 21, 22, 23, 24 and Desk Area are responsible for switching off their own dedicated A/C systems.

• Last person out in group blue: Turn off the A/C dedicated to your room and common area (this is located adjacent Consult 12, right hand side controller).

• Last person out in group red: Turn off the A/C dedicated to your room and common area (this is located adjacent Consult 12, left hand side controller).

• Last person out in combined groups blue & red: Turn off hallway lights in both zones (first switch is located adjacent Consult 15, the other switch is located adjacent Consult 4).

• Last person out in combined groups white, red & blue: Turn off the lights in main central hallway (bottom light switch located adjacent to alarm keypad).

• Arm your room/area on the alarm keypad.

The last person out in combined groups blue, red, white & yellow is the last person in the whole building. Working hard—way to go!

Please make sure you check the following:

• Check all external doors are locked and secure including all doors leading out to Goodwood Road (adjacent rooms 17 & 18 adjacent room 22 & adjacent desk area) as well as rear door leading out to secret garden.

• Check fireplace is off (remote located in kitchen drawer).

• Check all A/C systems are off (controls are outside consult 1, consult 12 & consult 24).

• Check all internal lights are off including toilets and laundry (note rear toilets are on sensors, so no light switches there).

• Arm the alarm system.

• Ensure main entrance door and latch is secured/locked on your way out.
