Jason Thomas
JPT Psychology
Jason is a registered psychologist, passionate about working with adults to assist them in building richness and meaning in their lives.
He largely works with trauma and its impacts, noting that in fact trauma can manifest in anything that causes distress to a person in some way.
Jason treats experiences which include post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety and panic, mood and emotional regulation difficulties and self-esteem issues.
He also works with individuals experiencing grief and loss and vocational stress and/or discontent.
Jason's style centres around helping people make room for their experiences and creating new ways of functioning to cope effectively with their challenges.
Seeing people move beyond rehashing old patterns and building the life they want is what drives his own sense of purpose.
