Mary is a Clinical Psychologist with nearly 20 years of specialised experience in child development, paediatric sleep, child and family therapy, attachment issues, behavioural support, and parenting strategies. She works with babies, children and adults to improve their mental health, relationships and coping abilities – to support the health and happiness of families that are growing and changing.
Mary is a source of hope for parents navigating sleep issues, tantrums, anxiety, separation & attachment problems, and behavioural changes. Mary has expertise supporting both typically developing children as well as those with developmental difficulties and chronic medical challenges. Mary also has expertise working with children with advanced development and those who have been diagnosed as gifted. She works to empower both parent and child, enabling positive, long-term solutions that can be carried throughout life.
Mary has trained in a range of therapeutic modalities to ensure that she can tailor each therapy session to the unique needs of you, your child, and your family. Mary’s expertise includes the use of family therapy, attachment therapy, play therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness therapy, and hypnotherapy.
Mary is involved in the Psychology Board of Australia, as a registered Clinical Psychology Supervisor and is a Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Clinical Psychologists.
