She is trained in EMDR, Schema Therapy, Family Based Therapy for eating disorders, mindfulness practices and yoga instruction, allowing her to integrate both clinical and holistic approaches into her work. At MindScope, Melinda works alongside a multidisciplinary team offering Autism, ADHD and AuDHD diagnostic assessments, as well as therapy and ongoing support.
Outside of her professional work, Melinda enjoys the beach, adventures, dancing, yoga and spending time with her cat. Guided by the belief that “It’s never too late to make a different choice,” she encourages people to prioritise small moments of joy and self-care every day.
