Natalia Chataway is the Director and Senior Occupational Therapist at Grow OT Therapy, a business she founded in September 2020. She holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from Flinders University, graduating in 2016. With over eight years of experience, Natalia has worked across various disciplines and settings, including paediatrics, acute hospital care, and sub-acute rehabilitation.
Natalia's passion for helping children, adults, and families develop strategies to thrive inspired her to create Grow OT Therapy. Her business offers Occupational Therapy and Allied Health Assistant services.
A personal philosophy Natalia lives by is to "Treat others how you would like to be treated." For her top wellness tip, she emphasises the importance of regular exercise, stating, "I love to exercise weekly as I feel better for it :)" Outside of her work, Natalia enjoys spending time with her family, playing tennis, and gardening.
