Sarah has worked as a psychologist since 2005. Her experience includes working in both forensic and clinical settings, working in private practice since 2013. Sarah has extensive experience working with all age groups across a range of psychological and neurodevelopmental conditions. Her interest areas include autism, ADHD, perinatal mental health, grief and loss, emotional regulation, and parenting. Sarah draws on knowledge from a range of approaches to find what works for each client. Therapy is a collaborative process and utilises the client’s knowledge of themselves, their goals, and their needs in collaboration with Sarah’s knowledge and experience, to achieve outcomes that are client centred.

Sarah is also approved by the Psychology Board of Australia to provide supervision across all levels.
