No additional time (outside your block of hire) is allowed for 'setting up or dismantling' items such as equipment, tables, chairs & props etc. Likewise with connecting your devices to our networks, and interactive whiteboard panels. The time taken to complete these tasks will need to be considered before making your booking.
When booking our casual hire spaces, you have the option to schedule multiple dates into the future, whereby you can either pay the full amount of the total hire fee upfront, or simply pay a 25% deposit to 'hold' the dates for you.
If the hire fee is not paid in full upfront, the remaining 75% of the fee is due and payable 3 weeks prior to each booking date, at which time you will be sent a reminder email with a link for processing the payment balance.
A final payment reminder will be emailed to you 2 weeks prior to the booking date, together with a link for processing the overdue payment balance.
Payments which remain overdue 1 week prior to the booking date will automatically be charged to your credit card together with a 10% late / admin fee.
A courtesy 'appointment reminder' will be emailed 24 hours prior to each booking date.

We offer rescheduling for cancelled appointments as outlined below:
If you cancel 15 + days from the hire date, rescheduling of your booking will be permitted within a 60 day period of the original booking date (subject to availability).
